My favorite Israeli custom is - I love how Israelis offer their opinions on any and all situations, unasked.
My greatest Israeli childhood memory is - Attending the Shabbat home of a charedi family in Mea She'arim. My first job was - Teaching The one person I would really love to meet for dinner is - Daniel Kahaneman I am most motivated by - A desire to succeed at whatever I'm working on. I am most discouraged by - When I can't see the path to success. The worst piece of advice I was ever given is - I can't think of any terrible advice I've been given.
The quality I most admire in a person is - Open-mindedness and a lack of judgementalism. If I wasn't doing what I'm doing now, I would - Be doing something very similar; I love community driven startups! If I could, I would go back in time and tell my younger self that - One day, you will no longer be able to eat whatever you want without gaining weight. And exercise more! My favorite Hebrew word is - Emet (truth - It's a quality I admire and hopefully strive to acquire in my life) One last thing before I go - Israelis: we come in many shapes, sizes, backgrounds, religious leanings, etc. We have so much in common, and could be even greater if we learned to love and tolerate each other rather than draw lines and find fault with each other.
